His first contact with the world of television was making announcements. In Madrid he trained as an actor at the Cristina Rota Interpretation School. He made his debut in the cinema with Antonio Banderas in El camino de los ingleses.

One of his first works was in the television series SMS, although he achieved success thanks to another, Los hombres de Paco. It reappears on the big screen in 2009 with two Spanish films: Fuga de cerebros, with Amaia Salamanca (who was said to have a personal relationship), and Mentiras y gordas, with Hugo Silva, Ana de Armas, Yon González or Ana María Polvorosa.

He starred in three meters above the sky, along with María Valverde, and with Blanca Suárez, the series El barco. In 2013 he worked on Álex de la Iglesia's film, Las brujas de Zugarramurdi, and in 2014 he released his first film, Edén, in English.


He later worked with Juliette Binoche, Antonio Banderas and Martin Sheen on Los 33, a film in which he played one of the Chilean miners trapped in the San José mine, an event that occurred in 2010. He later filmed the films Palmeras en el nieve, Toro, and My great night. In 2017, premiered Contratiempo and El Bar, directed by Álex de La Iglesia.

    It measures 1'80.                                                                              Mario Casas Sierra is a Spanish actor born in Galicia who at the    age of six moved with his family to Catalonia to live in towns       such as Collbató and Esparraguera.                                           
                                   
After working in advertising he went to Madrid with the intention of becoming an actor. To train in interpretation he went to the theater school of Cristina Rota.                                                           
From the year 2005 began to intervene in television series, achieving fame on the small screen thanks to the police teleserie "Los Hombres De Paco". Other series in which Casas has        appeared are "Sms, Sin Miedo a Soñar" or "El Barco".
